Cádiz VS FC Barcelona: All The Match-up Informations

Cadiz welcomes Barcelona to the Nuevo Mirandilla stadium for matchday 5 fixture of the Spanish league on Saturday.
The Andalusian side are currently sitting bottom of the Spanish league table. It has been a disastrous start to the new season for Cadiz, who have failed to score in their four matches and have shipped (conceded) 10 goals in their last games this season.
Visitors Barcelona have picked up three wins and a draw from their opening four league matches and are sitting just two points behind rivals Real Madrid, who have won their opening four matches this season.
Speaking on a show on Rac1, Eric Garcia spoke about the new season so far and the Spanish defender is aware he is not guaranteed a place in Xavi’s starting eleven.
“I don’t see it as a case of starters and substitutes. Up till now we were playing one game a week, but now it’s going to be one match every three days, so everyone has got to do their best. Such competition is good for the whole team because it means you have to make the most out of all the playing time you are given and every chance that comes your way. And if you don’t, there’s someone else behind you who will want to do it instead,” said Eric garcia
Barcelona’s two new summer signings Hector Bellerin and Marcos Alonso will be in the traveling squad for the match against Cadiz. Xavi Hernandez has already confirmed that he is counting on both of the two players for Saturday’s game against cadiz, but he did not clarify what roles each of them would play.
Jules Kounde could be rested with the Bayern match in mind, so the centre back pairings could be Gerard Pique and Andreas Christensen, with the Champions League game in Munich in four days.
The 2022-23 Spanish LaLiga Matchday 5 fixture between Cadiz and Barcelona will kick off at 5.30 pm local time in Nigeria (WAT) and 6.30 pm local time in Spain (CEST), at the Nuevo Mirandilla stadim in Cadiz on Saturday 10 September 2022.
And in the USA, that’s 12.30 pm EDT and 9.30 am PDT in India.
