“Direct Your Anger To Your Leaders; Leave the Queen with her creator” – Shehu Sani Advises Nigerians
[ad_1]
Senator Shehu Sani took to social media to react to the way some Nigerians are reacting to the news of the death of Queen Elizabeth. In a post he made on Twitter, he advised Nigerians not to direct their anger towards the late Queen of the United Kingdom.
Shehu Sani stated that Nigerians should direct their anger to their leaders and leave the Queen with her creator, as she just recently passed away. He said that sixty-two years of independence is enough time for the country to grow. See his post below.
Senator Shehu Sani’s post came as a result of the way some Nigerians are handling the news of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, as some of them believe that the colonial masters from England should be blamed for the problems of Nigeria till date.
Some people even made hateful comments towards the late Queen, but Senator Shehu Sani’s post comes as an eye-opener for those people. In my opinion, sixty-two years since independence is enough for any country to become developed, and the leaders of the country should be faulted for the case of underdevelopment in Nigeria.
