Ekiti State witnessed its first flight in its history on Saturday.
The history making aircraft belongs to the Nigerian Air Force and it landed at the newly-built Ekiti State Airport in Ado-Ekiti.
Presidential photographer, Bayo Omoboriowo, shared a message from the historic moment. He said, “First time a flight is landing in Ekiti and I’m so super excited I was on it. It might not mean so much but for those of us from Ekiti State, it means a lot!”
