A Nigerian man living in the UK has claimed that the UK government will pay him compensation if he’s made to go 12 hours without power supply.
He said this while reacting to a tweet about Nigerians being grateful for just a few hours of power.
He wrote: “That’s because Nigerians are not used to 24/7 electricity. In saner climes, you can’t even take the light for 10mins. If they take my light in the UK for more than 12hrs, they will have to pay me compensation. We all need to demand for good governance in Nigeria.”
