Just In: Former Vice President’s Son Outsmarted In His Party Primaries.
By Ebor Cletus Ralph Jr.
Credible information at the disposal of TrendyNews says that, an aspirant in the person of Adam Nemadi, the son of former vice president, Nemadi Sambo during the era of President Goodluck Jonathan, broke down in tears and demanded the refund of N76m cash he doled out to delegates, with a view to win the Federal House of Representatives ticket but, disappointingly, got just two votes.
We learnt that, the younger Namadi was hoping to become the 2023 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flagbearer to represent Kaduna North Federal constituency at the House of Representatives.
His hope was, however, dashed when he only managed to score just two votes at the primary election, placing him at 12 votes behind the runner up.
It was gathered that, Mr. Nemadi paid a whopping 2 million Naira to each delegate totalling about N76 million, to secure the ticket. It was further learnt
that, he had assured the delegates of an additional N1.5 million each upon clinching the ticket. What a way the cookie crumbles!
