Paul Biya Of Cameroon Became An Embarrassing Spectacle At The Recently Concluded US-African Summit.

Paul Biya @ the US-Africa Summit; unaware of where and why he was there. What a spectacle!.. The conversation goes like this in English:

Biya: Waouh so l have become a celebrity. Who are all these people present? Why? I didn’t ask for this. Are they important personalities amongst them?

Biya: Ok you mean l should now speak.

Biya sat down browsing ’emptily’ through the pages of the pamphlet he supposed to read. The aide reached out to him again that ‘everyone is waiting for him’ and he retorted unintelligently and lost as below.

He got up sheepishly and senselessly asked his aide, “it’s here?”.
