Senator Monday Okpebholo’s Five Point Agenda; Prioritising Healthcare For Edo Citizens

We don’t need an Angel from Heaven to tell us that Sen. Monday Okpebholo and Rt. Hon Dennis Idahosa are the right individuals to occupy Osadebey Avenue after the September 21st Edo Gubernatorial Election. The reasons are not far-fetched.

Looking at the Five Points Agenda of Sen. Okpebholo, one will clearly see that Healthcare featured prominently. This is due to his understanding that a Healthy citizenry is a prerequisite for Wealth creation thus underscoring their preparedness for progressive governance.

Imagine a health sector in Edo state that truly works, with modern healthcare facilities handled by skilled and highly motivated health practitioners, as well as healthcare services that are accessible and affordable for the teeming Edo people, particularly at the grassroots. Also, think of a government that will productively partner with international health organizations and leverage their expertise for the good of the people. This is what the government of Sen. Monday Okpebholo will birth through his elaborate health care plan as contained in his Five Points Agenda. Senator Monday Okpebholo will Institutionalize this plan, thereby creating a healthcare legacy that will outlive his government.

Dear good citizens of Edo State, it is high time we put primordial sentiments aside and support a man who has a good idea of what impactful governance is all about, who has a heart for service, and also a burning desire to make Edo a reference point in the community of States in Nigeria.
