Describing the monarch as a unifying force who worked tirelessly to promote peace, stability, and development in Bauchi State and beyond, Shettima praised his commitment to education, healthcare, and economic development, calling him a champion of progress and a beacon of hope for his people.

In response, Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, while receiving the delegation, expressed gratitude to President Tinubu and the Vice President for the condolence visit.

He noted, “The late emir was a revered leader and a symbol of unity in the state. His role in promoting peace and development made him a true leader and a father to all.

“His wisdom and guidance will be greatly missed.”
