Super Eagles dazzler comes from the bench to inspire his team to UEFA Europa League 2-1 victory

Super Eagles of Nigeria prolific and versatile dazzler, Moses Simon was in action tonight for French Ligue 1 giant Nantes in their opening game of the Group G UEFA Europa League at home against Olympiacos at the Stade de la Beaujoire.
The 27 year old Nigerian international started the game from the bench due to tactical reason but was introduced into the game in the early minute of the second half for Ignatius Ganago, and he was able to play his part and also contributed his quota in the keenly contested encounter.
Moses Simon after his introduction was at the heart of the forward line where he posed to be a complete threat in the opposition box which made his minutes spent on the pitch of play an impactful and meaningful one.

The tempo of the game got tensed up in the second half as the visitor got levelled with an equalizer via an own-goal as Samuel Moutoussamy made it 1-1 after putting the ball into his own net, before Evann Guessand scored the winner for the host in the 93rd minute which ended the game two goals to one at full time.
Moses Simon who just made his return to the squad will be hoping to keep helping the team to maintain the winning momentum as they continue their pursuit in the competition.
